Because orders get printed on certain days, and are made to order, please allow fulfillment processing time to receive a tracking and shipment confirmation.

All exchange/store credit returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivered date. All returned to exchange items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
To exchange an item or receive store credit, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return items to the following address that was attached to your return response email.
PLEASE NOTE: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
•undergarments (underwear and sleep wear)
•custom order items
